1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services offered by The Pilates Studio Lichfield (“we”, “us”, “our”), the trading name of The Pilates Studio Lichfield Limited, a company registered in England.

“You”, “client”, or “member” refers to any individual who books, purchases, or attends our classes or services.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All classes must be prepaid via our booking system (Glofox).
You must complete and sign our Waiver and Health Questionnaire before attending.
We do not admit late arrivals for safety reasons.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
If cancelled with sufficient notice, your class credit will be returned to your account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals who cannot be admitted, and no-shows will be treated as attended sessions and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In addition, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time and no-shows may incur a late cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is intended to support the fair and effective running of the studio and encourage commitment to bookings.
You must be 18 years or older to attend unless agreed in writing with a parent or guardian.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & CLASS PACKS
We offer:
Rolling monthly memberships (billed every 30 days)
Class packs and pay-as-you-go options
Membership Terms
Memberships are auto-renewing and subject to a minimum 2-month commitment.
After the initial commitment period, memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Your membership will remain active during this 30-day notice period. This means:
You may continue attending classes during this time
A final payment may be taken depending on your billing date
To avoid further renewal beyond the notice period, cancellation requests should be submitted in good time via your Glofox account or by contacting us directly.
Unused membership sessions do not roll over into the next billing period. We recommend using all sessions within your active membership cycle.
Memberships may be frozen for up to 2 months per calendar year in cases of medical or exceptional personal circumstances (at our discretion).
4. STUDIO RULES & ETIQUETTE
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment:
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early and check in with your instructor
Late arrivals will not be admitted
Phones must be silenced during class
Grip socks are required for all classes
Hands and feet must be clean before entering the studio
Equipment must be wiped down and returned after use
Respectful conduct is expected at all times
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
Photos and videos are permitted but must be taken respectfully and with consideration for others’ privacy.
5. HEALTH & LIABILITY
By attending classes, you confirm that:
You are physically able to participate in Pilates
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions
You understand there is a risk of injury with physical activity
You take full responsibility for your participation
We are not liable for injuries sustained except where caused by our negligence.
6. WAIVER & CONSENT
All clients must complete our Waiver and Health Questionnaire prior to attending.
By signing, you:
Confirm your readiness to participate
Accept full responsibility for your involvement
Agree to these Terms and Conditions
7. MERCHANDISE & PRODUCTS
All merchandise sales are final unless items are faulty or damaged
Issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging with tags attached

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
8. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including branding, images, and materials, is owned by or licensed to The Pilates Studio Lichfield.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce content
Use materials for commercial purposes without permission
Misrepresent your relationship with our business

9. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES
We do not offer refunds for late cancellations, missed classes, or unused sessions
If we cancel a class, your credit will be returned to your account
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:
Class schedules
Instructors
Services
Where possible, notice will be given.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control, including:
Extreme weather
Government restrictions
Illness outbreaks
Power or system failures
11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Your information is stored securely via Glofox and only shared where legally required.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and studio policies from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
