1. WHO WE ARE

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services offered by The Pilates Studio Lichfield (“we”, “us”, “our”), the trading name of The Pilates Studio Lichfield Limited, a company registered in England.

“You”, “client”, or “member” refers to any individual who books, purchases, or attends our classes or services.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be prepaid via our booking system, Glofox.

• You must complete and sign our Waiver and Health Questionnaire before booking.

• We do not admit late arrivals for safety reasons.

• Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time via your Glofox account or by contacting us using the details on our website.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time, your class credit will be refunded/reinstated to your account to use for a future booking.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, late arrivals who cannot be admitted, and no-shows will be treated as attended sessions and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You must be 18 years or older to attend unless otherwise agreed in writing with a parent or guardian.

3. Memberships & Class Packs

We offer:

• Rolling monthly memberships (billed every 30 days)

• Class packs and pay-as-you-go options

All memberships require a two-month minimum commitment. After this period, you may cancel by contacting us directly.

To avoid your next payment, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date via your Glofox account or by emailing us.

4. STUDIO RULES & ETIQUETTE

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes early and check in with the instructor

• Late arrivals will not be admitted

• Phones must be silenced - no calls or messages during class

• Grip socks are required for both mat and reformer classes (for hygiene and safety)

• Please ensure hands and feet are clean before entering

• Wipe down equipment and return props after use

• Be respectful of others, instructors, and our space

• Photos/videos are permitted but please be discreet and mindful of others’ privacy

5. HEALTH & LIABILITY

By attending classes, you confirm that:

• You are physically capable of participating in Pilates

• You have disclosed any medical concerns via our waiver and questionnaire

• You understand Pilates involves physical exertion and risk of injury

• You take full responsibility for your own health and safety

We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes except where caused by our negligence. You participate at your own risk.

6. WAIVERS & CONSENT

All clients must complete our Waiver and Health Questionnaire through Glofox before booking. By signing, you agree to these Terms, confirm your physical readiness to participate, and accept full responsibility for your involvement.

7. MERCHANDISE & PRODUCTS

We sell merchandise such as grip socks, with more items to come.

• All merchandise sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

• To request an exchange or refund, please email admin@thepilatesstudio-lichfield.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photo evidence.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error - in which case we will cover return and replacement costs.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise where the item has been worn, damaged due to misuse, or reported outside the 30-day window.

8. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including logos, branding, images, video, class formats, and written content, is owned by or licensed to The Pilates Studio Lichfield.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our website or branding

• Use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission

• Impersonate our business or misrepresent your relationship with us

9. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

• We do not offer refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours of the class start time), missed classes, or unused bookings.

• If we cancel a class for any reason (for example, due to instructor illness, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), your class credit will be refunded/reinstated to your account in full. No cash alternative is provided.

• We reserve the right to cancel classes or make reasonable changes to our schedule, instructors, and class formats at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide you with advance notice of such changes.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions to service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather, fire, flood, or natural disaster

• Government regulations or restrictions

• Pandemic-related closures

• Power or internet outages

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We process your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. This includes information submitted during booking and within our waiver and health form. All data is stored securely via Glofox and not shared with third parties unless required by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website and will include the date of the last update. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the current Terms.
