Sign in with one of the instructors, take, choose your mat, take your shoes off and relax. Maybe even chat to the person next to you whilst we wait for everyone to arrive and settle

A gentle flow outdoors comprising of a warm up, a variety of exercises working on strength, mobility and balance and flexibility.
